About me

I was led to a spiritual path, through my issues around expressing my femininity, which manifested as poor body image and not listening to my feminine intuition and wisdom. I was successful in my career in teaching, for many years, but my work now involves helping others on their healing journeys. I am a Nutritionist, having trained at the Institute of Optimum Nutrition and a Reiki Level 2 practitioner.

I have been working with The Emerald Heart Light for several years. This Spiritual Light releases layers of struggle, using Essences and Light Programmes. Divine Plan Healing is part of The Emerald Heart family, so it uses The Emerald Heart Light. I continue to work on myself using both systems. They have given me a clearer direction in life and more contentment.

I am a professionally trained Emerald Heart Essence Practitioner and Divine Plan Healer. I am passionate about this work. I would like to offer you the opportunity to work with me using these tools, to release the blocks holding you back in your life and to accelerate your spiritual journey.
